Clarification on Accomodation

Dear Participants,

Thank you for your hard work and interest on this hackathon, I am confident that together we will create a better future for education in informal settlements.

I am writing to provide clarification regarding the accommodation. No fee will be charged for attending the hackathon, you need to prepare your own laptop, chargers, and necessary stationeries. Food and drinks will be provided during the entire event, as well as some event takeaways. However, we do not provide overnight accommodation. Please make timely arrangement to that.

As for the daily closing time 8pm, we highly encourage and provide the venue and food for you and your team to hack together, but it is not mandatory to stay till then. If concerning the transportation, you can leave earlier as long as we have finished learning activities after 6pm. But please make sure you are on good track with your project planning and share a good communication with your team.
